Red color: Indicator displacement assays based on Iridium for the detection of glutathione

We developed (Mugé Özkül and me) indicator displacement assays based on iridium to detect L-reduced gluthatione. In green, pyrocathecol violet; in red the Iridium complex formed; in yellow the detection of glutathione and in transparent, the glutathione alone.
